A celebratory dinner for friends young and old, far and near and always dear, who have stood by me through thick and thin, rough and the smooth, good times and bad. My gratitude is also extended to those no longer with us whose loyalty and faith was absolute. Occasions will be held throughout the year, mostly comprising groups of twelve, to enable those travelling from much further afield, especially from abroad, to sit at our table and break bread with us. The cuisine was vegetarian to accommodate the majority of those present on this particular occasion. That notwithstanding, we always provide a vegetarian alternative menu when company of mixed persuasions dine with us.
